Dispatch time
Ready pharmacy products are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Personalised medicines are dispatched after preparation, usually within 2–4 working days of your consultation.
Delivery within India
- Metro cities: typically 2–5 working days after dispatch.
- Other locations: typically 4–8 working days after dispatch.
- Tracking details are shared by SMS/WhatsApp once your order ships. You can also use Track Order.
International delivery
We ship to many countries. Delivery usually takes 7–15 working days depending on destination and customs. Import duties or taxes, if any, are payable by the recipient. Some herbal products may be restricted in certain countries. We will advise you before dispatch.

Medicines are packed securely and discreetly, with dosage and diet instructions included.
